Bertrand Folléa is a landscape designer. He heads the Landscape and Energy Chair and coordinates the Chairs at Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Paysage de Versailles-Marseille. He also co-directs a landscape and urban planning agency, which was awarded the Grand Prix National du Paysage in 2016. Since 1994, he has been a consultant landscape architect for the French Ministry of Ecology, and was previously a consultant landscape architect for the Ministry of Culture. He is a member of think tanks such as Paysages de l'après pétrole (PAP) and La Fabrique Écologique (LFE). He is the author of L'Archipel des métamorphoses - la transition par le paysage, published by Parenthèses in 2019, and has coordinated the publication of several books on landscape and energy: Paysages et énergies, une mise en perspective historique (Sylvain Allemand, Hermann, 2021); Transition énergétique: vers des paysages désirables (guide méthodologique, 2022); Imagier Paysage et énergie (2022).
