Cécile Diguet founded studio dégel after 20 years spent working in urban planning and environmental agencies (APUR, Institut Paris Region) and in private urban project management (Urban Act). An internationally-renowned urban planner on issues of transitional and tactical urban planning, as well as digital issues (data centres in particular), she has carried out projects, studies and research from the United States to Argentina, via Jordan, France and Brazil. As an urban planner committed to a world of emergencies that demands taking the time to do things right, she is launching studio dégel in 2024 to put her experience of urban, social, digital and ecological transformations to work for ambitious public and private players seeking a viable trajectory on a turbulent planet.
