Christophe Gaie is Deputy Director of the Digital Operations Division at the AP-HP. Previously, he was Head of the Digital Engineering and Innovation Division within the Prime Minister’s Office, and he also served as Head of the Digital Applications Office at the Interministerial Centre for IT Services relating to Human Resources (CISIRH). Prior to that, he was in charge of the interministerial exchange platform within the Interministerial Directorate for Digital Affairs (DINUM). In addition, he worked for over ten years at the Directorate-General for Public Finance (DGFiP), first as an IT architect and then as head of the team responsible for Income Tax and Pay-as-You-Earn. He obtained his PhD in Telecommunications from the University of Paris-Sud - Saclay, following his dual degree in Engineering and Research Master’s at INP Bordeaux – University of Bordeaux I. His main areas of research include e-Government, the modernisation of Information and Telecommunications Systems, the development and use of APIs, Artificial Intelligence and fraud detection.
