Dominique Wolton is a sociologist specializing in communication science. He is a research director at the CNRS and the founder and editor of the international journal Hermès (cognition, communication, politics) since 1988 (CNRS Éditions). He also chairs the Advertising Ethics Council (ARPP).
During his career, he has published forty books, including four interviews with Raymond Aron, Cardinal Jean-Marie Lustiger, Jacques Delors, and Pope Francis.
