Emmanuelle Maitre

Emmanuelle Maitre is a senior researcher at Foundation for Strategic Research. A graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po), she works on issues related to nuclear non-proliferation, deterrence, and disarmament. Before joining the FRS and after working as a consultant in the private sector, Emmanuelle worked as a research assistant at Centre for Arms Control Studies (CESIM) and Brookings Institution.
