Eric Hazan is a founding partner of Ardabelle Capital, a private equity fund established in 2024 and dedicated to the transition to a sustainable and resilient economy, which formed a strategic partnership with TPG NEXT in 2025. He is also Senior Partner Emeritus at McKinsey & Company, a firm he joined after an initial career in marketing and sales at Kraft Jacobs Suchard and Danone, and later as a Senior Partner at Arthur D. Little, where he led the global Telecoms, Internet, Media & Entertainment, and Consumer practices.
At McKinsey, he co-led the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice in Western Europe, served on the board of the McKinsey Global Institute, and co-authored several landmark reports on AI and the future of work, including A New Future of Work: The Race to Deploy AI and Raise Skills in Europe and Beyond (2024) and The Economic Potential of Generative AI (2023). He has also advised several European governments on digitalization and innovation policies. A graduate of HEC Paris, he has been a professor of strategy there for twenty years and teaches digital strategy at Sciences Po. He is co-author, with Olivier Sibony, of Faut-il encore décider? Human Decision-Making in the Age of Artificial Intelligence (Flammarion, 2026).
