Martin Collet

Martin Collet is a professor at University of Paris Panthéon-Assas, where he heads the Master 2 in Tax Law and the Master 2 in International Taxation (in partnership with HEC).

A former member of the Conseil des prélèvements obligatoires, he has recently published Droit fiscal (PUF, Thémis series, 13th ed., 2025), Finances publiques (LGDJ, Domat series, 9th ed., 2024), the first edition of which was awarded the Prix du livre juridique by the Club des juristes and the Conseil constitutionnel, and Procédures fiscales (PUF, Thémis series, 5th ed., 2024) with Pierre Collin.
