Michel Barabel

Michel Barabel is an affiliate professor at Sciences Po Executive Education, where he directs the Executive Master's in Human Resources and serves as scientific director for various programs (HR Director—Reinventing the HR Function, Managing Complexity and Driving Transformation, Future of Work, HR Analytics and Performance Management, Talent Management Policy, Leadership and Complex Management, etc.).

He is also a lecturer at the University of Paris-Est Créteil, where he co-directs the Master 2 program in “HRM in Multinational Companies” at IAE Paris Est, the bachelor's degree program in “International Management,” and the BUT program in “GPRH.” He is also a researcher at the Institut de Recherche en Gestion (IRG), where his work focuses on various HR and management issues (HR Innovation, Green HR, Tech HR, International HRM, Managerial roles and responsibilities, Management in the age of AI, etc.).

He is editor-in-chief of Mag RH (a free quarterly digital magazine with nearly 100,000 downloads per issue) dedicated to HR issues.
He is administrator and director of publications at Lab RH (an ecosystem of start-ups and companies focused on HR innovation).

He sits on the Mission Committee of the Juhliet Sterwen group and is the author of some 30 books and numerous research and professional articles (Harvard Business Review, Les Echos Business, Parlons HR, My HR line, Le Monde, Focus HR, Actuel HR, etc.).
