Nicolas Schimel

A graduate of École Polytechnique (84), ENSAE and Sciences Po Paris, Nicolas Schimel spent 30 years in executive leadership roles in the insurance sector (AGF/Allianz, Generali, AVIVA, where he served as CEO for France between 2011 and 2016) and in financial advisory services (Chairman of UFF, CEO of the Premium Group). In 2017, he founded Filib to democratize employees’ access to guidance on savings and retirement, a sector in which the company is now a market leader. Nicolas Schimel is a regular contributor to public debate on these topics.
