Valérie Peugeot

After working as a researcher in digital social sciences at Orange from 2010 to 2023, Valérie Peugeot is continuing her work at Sciences po as an affiliated professor.

As president of the Vecam association (dissolved in 2022), she worked to promote the issue of the knowledge commons in the French-speaking public arena. She continues to support the debate and dissemination of the commons through her speeches and publications.

Long involved in the social economy sector, she is a member of the Board of Directors of the Fondation du Crédit coopératif and of the Steering Committee of the Labo de l'ESS.

She is also a member of the Conseil National du Sida (National Aids Council), having been CNIL commissioner responsible for the health sector from 2016 to 2024 and vice-president of the Conseil National du Numérique (National Digital Council) from 2013 to 2016.
