Ali Armand is the Pedagogical Director of the "Leadership and Management" division at the Executive Education of the École Polytechnique. He has been working for many years in public and private companies. He mainly trains executives and senior managers and conducts consulting activities to support organisational transformations. Author of a doctoral thesis in sociology on the "construction of trust relationships within organisations", he contributes to the construction and development of these relationships in various companies.
