Célia Zolynski is an associate professor of private law at the Sorbonne Law School of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, where she co-directs the Sorbonne's Department of Research in Intangible Law (IRJS-DreDis) and the Paris 1 AI Observatory. She is also a qualified member of the National Consultative Commission on Human Rights (CNCDH) and the Higher Council for Literary and Artistic Property (CSPLA), a member of the National Consultative Committee on Digital Ethics (CCNE du Numérique) and the CNIL's Prospective Committee, and has been a member of the National Digital Council (CNNum) and the National Pilot Committee on Ethics and Digital Technology (CNPEN).
Her research and teaching activities focus on digital law, intellectual property law, market law, and fundamental freedoms. She is the author of various publications and contributes to several interdisciplinary working groups on the regulation of digital services and algorithmic systems. She is notably co-author of a book proposing ways to regulate the attention economy: S. Broadbent, F. Forestier, M. Khamassi, C.
