Chantal Taconet's research topics are distributed systems and software engineering. Since 2010, her research has been applied to the design of middleware for the Internet of Things. The measurement and control of power consumption of distributed systems is at the heart of her teaching and research. She is a researcher in the computer science department and the SAMOVAR laboratory.
