Professor Guillaume Bronsard is a child and adolescent psychiatrist based in Brest, at Université de Bretagne Occidentale. He specializes in the mental health of abused children and adolescents, particularly those in child protection care. He is also President of Ecole des parents et des éducateurs d'Ile de France, which runs Fil santé jeune, a national helpline receiving several hundred calls a day. He promotes a complex, integrative approach to the understanding and treatment of psychobehavioral phenomena, and a humanistic, committed approach to psychiatry.
