Guillaume Couillard

Guillaume Couillard, a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique, has been Chief Executive Officer of Paris Psychiatry & Neurosciences GHU since September 2020 (a Paris hospital resulting from the merger in 2019 of the Sainte-Anne, Maison Blanche and Perray-Vaucluse hospitals). Prior to that, he held various positions in the social ministries, was deputy director general of the Hospices civils de Lyon between 2013 and 2017, and was health adviser to the Prime Minister between 2017 and 2020. He is co-author, with Michael Ballé and Anne Lise Seltzer, of a book on hospital management, L'Hôpital apprenant, l'amélioration continue au service du soin, published in October 2024 by Eyrolles.
