Isabelle Lambert is currently Head of Foresight at Leonard, VINCI's open laboratory for the future of towns and infrastructure. Her mission is to help all VINCI business lines to anticipate the major changes of tomorrow. The approach focuses on subjects that will profoundly transform the territory, such as the environment, mobility, hydrogen and new forms of work. What's special about it is that it supports the definition of a strategic vision and its operational implementation in the business units. She began her career as a project manager with Afnor, where she spent 8 years helping innovation networks in France and abroad to define innovation management tools and methods. She then implemented these practices within Afnor itself.
