Jean Langlois-Berthelot

Jean Langlois-Berthelot is a specialist in innovation and complex risk management. He has over ten years of experience in these fields, serving as an advisor to central government directors and as a team manager. In 2024, he was appointed active-duty Lieutenant Colonel and Division Chief through a special selection process.

Alongside his operational and entrepreneurial career, he conducts applied scientific research and publishes extensively in peer-reviewed journals as well as in the press.His scientific expertise has led him to collaborate with institutions such as Stanford University, École Polytechnique, the French Defence Innovation Agency (DGA), ISAE-SupAero, ENSTA, the National Institute of Public Service (INSP), the Directorate General for International Relations and Strategy (DGRIS), Sciences Po, ESSEC, and IGPDE.

He has also regularly provided expertise and strategic advice to national policymakers.
