Julien Damon was head of the Solidarity Mission at the SNCF, director of studies at the Caisse nationale des allocations familiales, head of the Social Issues Department at the Centre d’analyse stratégique. He has published twenty-five books including La Question SDF (PUF, 2021), La Sécurité sociale (PUF, 2020), Les Politiques familiales (PUF, 2018). He is now lecturer at Sciences-Po, HEC and En3s, columnist for Les Echos and Le Point, and director of the research and consulting firm Éclairs.
