Kalina Raskin

Doctor of Biology from Sorbonne University and Director of the Center for Studies and Expertise in Biomimicry (Ceebios)

Kalina Raskin is a physical chemist who graduated from ESPCI-Paristech and holds a PhD in biology from Sorbonne University. Since 2013, she has been leading the development of Ceebios, a center for biomimicry studies and expertise.

In addition to her teaching activities, she also works as a consultant for specialized publications and is often called upon to serve on the executive committees and advisory boards of major public and private organizations.

Kalina Raskin is a member of various bodies, including the EDF Stakeholder Council (co-chair 2020-2021), the Nice Métropole Local Climate Council, the Rev 3 Scientific Council — Hauts de France, and the Steering Committee of the High Commission for Strategy and Planning.

In 2022, she was named Woman of Economic Influence of the Year. In 2025, she was listed in Les Échos among the global personalities to watch.
