Medical Director for France at Ramsay Générale de Santé

A professor of cardiovascular medicine in France and the current medical director of Ramsay (a network of private hospitals operating in five countries worldwide), he spent six years at the Ministry of Health as a medical advisor, where he developed the national telemedicine program and helped reorganize the public health system.

Holding a specialized MBA from Paris-Dauphine University, he has conducted extensive research on biomarkers in heart failure and on healthcare organizations. His areas of expertise include cardiology, prevention, heart failure, intensive care, and healthcare management.

Throughout his career, he has served as a consultant and expert for several medical technology and pharmaceutical companies, and during the COVID-19 pandemic, he founded COVIDOM, a data-driven telemedicine platform that has provided online care to over one million patients in France.

Currently at Ramsay Santé, he serves as Medical Director for France. He develops organizational and strategic medical projects, as well as large-scale research and the development of new care indicators, while also overseeing the development of the Ramsay Santé Healthcare data warehouse.
