Philippe Silberzahn is a professor at EMLYON Business School. His research focuses on how organisations can transform themselves in order to manage the disruptions and situations of radical uncertainty they face. He is the author of several books and numerous articles on this subject, and he regularly works with management teams in public and private organisations as a trainer, consultant and speaker. Previously, he gained more than twenty years of experience as an entrepreneur and business leader. He holds a DEA from the University of Paris I - Sorbonne, an MBA from the London Business School and a PhD in management from École Polytechnique (IP Paris).
