Deputy Director of Operations at the Direction des Opérations pour la Prévision (DirOP) of Météo France
Pierre Tabary is currently Deputy Director of Operations at the Direction des Opérations pour la Prévision (DirOP) of Météo France. A graduate of the École Polytechnique (1994) and holder of an Accreditation to Supervise Research (HDR) in the field of meteorological radars (2012), he headed the Radar Meteorology Centre of Météo France (2012-2015), before joining CNES, the French space agency, for five years (2015-2021) as head of the Atmosphere programmes.
