Winston Maxwell is a former partner at Hogan Lovells and a member of the New York and Paris bars. He currently co-directs the interdisciplinary Operational AI Ethics programme (telecom-paris.fr/ai-ethics) with David Bounie. His teaching and research activities focus on the regulation and ethics of artificial intelligence, particularly in the areas of facial recognition, anti-money laundering, and recommendation engines.
