Youssef Laarouchi represents EDF R&D within the Cyber Hub of Systématic, on the Operational Committee of CyberCNI, a joint chair with the Institut Mines Télécom, and is co-responsible for the SEIDO laboratory, a joint laboratory between EDF R&D and Télécom Paris. He previously worked as a research engineer and project manager at RENAULT, where he participated in the definition and evaluation of projects relating to the safety of new vehicles. Youssef holds an HDR (Habilitation à Diriger les Recherches) obtained in 2020 and a PhD obtained in 2009 at the University of Toulouse, funded by AIRBUS France and LAAS-CNRS. He received his degree in telecommunications engineering from the ENSEIRB and a research master's degree from the University of Bordeaux in 2006. He is currently preparing an Executive Master at Ecole Polytechnique, class of 2020.
