A former doctoral student and member of the econometrics laboratory at the Ecole polytechnique (IP Paris), Eric Giraud-Héraud was then holder of the "Wine, business strategies and sustainable consumption" chair at the University of Bordeaux and the New Aquitaine region. A member of UMR GREThA, his work mainly concerns the economics of the agri-food sector.
