After a thesis in solid state physics at the ENS in 1997, Jérémie Wainstain followed a path of innovative entrepreneurship in the field of the Web. In 2015, he founded the company Thegreendata with the aim of putting mathematics and digital technology at the service of the agro-ecological transition of agriculture and the environmental performance of food products.
