Luc Pastur

Luc PASTUR is an associate Professor at ENSTA, and an expert in fluid mechanics at the Mechanics Department of the Institut polytechnique de Paris. As head of the ‘Offshore Energy’ specialisation in the third year of ENSTA’s engineering programme and co-director of the WAPE Master’s programme at the Institut polytechnique de Paris, he took over as director of the OFFWIND programme in 2025, which is designed to train young talent who will work to develop the offshore wind energy industry.
