Pierre-Charles Pradier

Pierre-Charles Pradier is an economist and associate professor at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, where he served as vice president for academic affairs and dean of the School of Economics; he also directed the Center of Excellence for Financial Regulation in collaboration with ESCP. He has published numerous articles on financial economics and insurance. A member of the editorial board of the journals Risques and Gérer et Comprendre, he oversaw the creation of a payment operator (FIFA Clearing House), serves on the board of directors of the Mutuelle de Poitiers, and participates in initiatives to enrich the French language. In the fall of 2025, he launched a master’s specialization in “Insurance, Finance, and Risk Strategies” at Paris 1.
