Adrien Delepelaire is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées, and was a partner at FABERNOVEL for 9 years, an agency specialising in the digital transformation of companies. Then, he co-founded FoodBiome in 2021, a company with a mission to develop projects to change the scale of local circuits in the food industry. Adrien is also Deputy General Secretary and founding member of X-Food since 2018.
